• The following membranes are HPLC certified: GH Polypro, PTFE, Nylon and PVDF

Materials of Construction

Filter Media: GH Polypro (hydrophilic polypropylene), hydrophobic PTFE on a polypropylene support, Nylon, hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membranes, or binder-free borosilicate glass fiber
Housing: Polypropylene

0.2, 0.45, and 1 µm

Maximum Operating Temperature

PTFE and PVDF membranes: 100 ºC (212 ºF)

Maximum Operating Pressure

Ion Chromatography (PES) membrane: 5.2 bar (520 kPa, 75 psi)
PTFE and GHP membranes: 6.9 bar (690 kPa, 100 psi)
Nylon and GF/GHP membranes: 6.3 bar (630 kPa, 90 psi)
PVDF membrane: 3.5 bar (350 kPa, 50 psi)

Sterilization

All syringe filters provided non-sterile. If desired, PTFE and PVDF syringe filters can be autoclaved at 121 - 123 ºC (250 - 253 ºF) at 1.0 bar (100 kPa, 15 psi) for a maximum of 15 min.
